Starbucks Honokohau Harbor

Poor service. They could follow a simple order and got ours wrong. They didn't even bother apologize.

Fails at customer service. Fails to listen to customer and create the order the customer clearly states they want. No apology after mistake made. I do not recommend this place if you want what you order. Facility also dirty. Bathroom obviously has been neglected.

I love visiting this particular Starbucks for my overly sweet overly caffeinated beverages(just the way I crave them). The workers are always pleasant the place is kept clean and service is prompt even with a large drive thru line.Ohh my freaking lordy just thinking about a quad venti white chocolate macadamia cold brew is making me look for my car keys. See you all soon.

Their order ahead system is very innovative. They deserve 5 stars however periodically they are sold out at this and other locations.Parking: Very convenient for in store pick-up.

On my way to the airport stopped and ordered a London fog, they gave me hot milk. No tea, no Lavender, just disappointment.
