Worst customer service ever. I don’t recommend this place at all. I felt so offended and insulted. I came all the way from America, my family drove from Gaziantep to Mado to eat this famous ice cream. Because of her rude, racist, and sassy attitude we didn’t eat the icecream and were left with an unpleasant memory.

DO NOT COME HERE!! unless you want a bad experience! A joke, starting with rude waiters, an uneducated cashier, plus she steals from you at the cash register.

The service is great. amazingly handmade egg from goat milk. many items, very well packed with reasonable trips. I have visited mado in various countries, they can say that resistance is achieved in almost all aspekten, except the dondurma.

Natural fresh ice and products. it is the place where mado began in 1850
