Noodles Cafe - Kadesh

Pho noodles is nasty as hell. It is not flavorful.. it taste like eating Ramon noodles without the season..tried adding all the season included. It still was nasty I will never eat it again unless some one paid me an million bucks.

This is my favorite place to get pho. No other places with pho taste anywhere near as good. They make the best pho I've had and I get it every time I go. Staff are always very friendly and food is always good. I hope one day they can open another one in Prattville since I moved and am now a bit far.

I came in with my girlfriend and there were about 5 tables being served, and the server came to our table total of 2 times, Taking an order and bringing the food. She forgot to put our order in the system or something because the tables after us had the meal while we were waiting for an appetizer for 30 minutes. Our server didn’t even bother to apologize for being late or checked on our table while we’re eating.I don’t know what you have against either me or my girlfriend, but that was very unprofessional. I will not come back.

Been here a few times now. Food is always prepared quickly and tastes great, staff is friendly and attentive. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Second time trying them. Tried something different this time. I ordered the tofu pho with vegetable broth and vegetable spring rolls. The sauce that they give with the rolls is immaculate! The pho didn’t need any extra sauce added because it was seasoned well! Wish they had more vegetarian options on the menu.
