Fazoli's - Kadesh

Food was great, and staff were friendly. The only real complaint was the loud music over the speaker. If not for that, i would have given 5 stars Vegetarian options: Marinara sauce is available as well as a salad. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pasta available.

No franchise restaurants can beat Fazoli's. Inexpensive but offers high quality foods.

The worst customer service. I placed a mobile order and so far it’s been 22 minutes I’ve sat in my car waiting. I should’ve canceled I guess. Isn’t their food prepared in advance? It should not take 20 minutes!? There’s no customers here either, I guess I see why… update. I went inside after 35 minutes and the girl at the counter was on her phone. Said can I help you? I said ya I’m waiting on a mobile order. She said okay. Then a few min passed and I asked if it was ready because they handed some food thru the drive thru. She said name? I told her. She said oh it’s ready… so… yall didn’t bring it to my car like you said? Nice… spent my whole lunch outside waiting on food that was ready. Deleting app. Never again. the girl at the drive thru window told me to pull around front. Sooooo it’s your staff, not me. I’m not stupid…

This location is great, it has improved! As soon as you walk in you’re welcome by Alyssa, she’s really sweet and stops by your table often to make sure you’re OK. The server taking the order is nice as well, and the food comes out very promptly. I like the fact that I can refill my own drink. This location is clean as a whistle too! Thank you!
