There is always something wrong, one day acai is not frozen, one day they only take cash, one day they don’t have fruit, one day they don’t have toppings, one day they don’t have any food, only açaí, also they close earlier than the time they advertise, so you might get there and find the place closed even when google says it’s open. Pretty sad, because their açaí is really good. Just a good place being poorly managed.

The açaí is great. But you have to be lucky to find the place open. I’ve been there twice two week on different times and they’re closed, but online it says they’re open. This is not fun.

The food is great! But the service is terrible, and I think the owners don’t even know how bad prepared are their servers. I’ve been going to this place since 2020, me and my whole family, we are really good clients, and I love the açaí there, however, we’ve had several unpleasant experiences in there with servers, the worst was one day I wanted to order a tapioca (that is on their menu) and the girl said they weren’t serving it anymore for more than one month at that time. I thought it was really weird, but took it for granted. Next time I went and another girl was there so it occurred to me to ask again and she promptly said, “yes sure we never stopped serving it” I was shocked, and explained to her what happened, she was ashamed and apologized, and she said I was not the first person to complain. I feel like the owners should know about it, they may have no idea of money they are loosing with this type of service.

Best açai I've ever had in Florida. Great staff and good customer service.
