Squires Rest - Juneau

Apart from the nachos, I'm not a big fan of her Tex-Mex article. All burgers or sandwiches I have were delicious. Do not waste your money in the hot bite; go on Squires instead!

Fantastic place to meet the locals and fishermen of Juniau. I had a 9pm-1am layover and took a cab. Immediately in conversation and even with terrible taxi and ride share service I was able to catch a ride back to the airport with a friend of the bartenders. Tab was also so affordable! Definitely recommend

I don't spend very often five stars, and that was the third best of 19 on the trip, so this is a very solid four-star rating. This is especially for the food we had here, although the woman at the bar that served our soft drinks was very friendly. I'm not sure if I would call this a diver or not, but I love the atmosphere here. It was relocated and welcoming to not always reach a place like this. The food was the star, and there was a lot of it. I'm very picky about fish chips, but I'd do that at any time. I would definitely say that this place is worth the ride from Juneau.

Love it here ! Loved our waitress she was nice and good at her job . They got games and let you sign dolars to post on the wall w your signature...cool right?! Yep i had my fun....believe me

Definitely a happening spot. The food is really good, the selection of alcohol is very good. The view of the harbor is one of the highlights. It's a great place in Juneau to dine out. I am rather surprised, that The Hot Bite is still in business with Squires rest around the corner. Good food, good alcohol, and friendly service. Very satisfied.
