We had been looking forward to visiting Churrascaria da FAZENDA for a while and decided to celebrate Christmas lunch the day before the date. The buffet offered variety and the meat was tasty, although there weren 't many options, perhaps due to the time of day. Unfortunately, something unpleasant happened during our stay. While there were still tables available, the staff started cleaning the room, making noise and talking inappropriately loudly, which made us uncomfortable. When requesting the dessert cart, the waiter rudely refused, showing a lack of respect. It was an annoying situation, especially because we really value dessert time and the whole experience ended up being negatively affected. We spoke to the manager, who was helpful and kind, apologizing for the situation and suggesting that we return to try the desserts another time. However, unfortunately, the experience left us discouraged and uncertain about a possible return.
