Viking Inn - Junction City

We went to the annual Scandinavian Festival in Junction City and decided to top off our experience with a meal at the Viking. The food was hot fresh and great service despite the rush. There's a buy one get one free coupon in the entertainment book this year too. We were happy to find this restaurant because the food at the festival was very expensive and the lines were crazy long.

Breakfast is the best meal here at the Viking Inn. This place has been around for a long time and it is a local's favorite. Friendly and fast service. We will return.

The Viking has great food especially for breakfast. The atmosphere is like of a small town diner.

Typical small town dinner, with window booths and plenty of TV 's running. Service was good, with some hick ups like took some time to get seated, though the place was not full or a ordered, but forgotten coffee. Food was decent. I had the 'old standby ', just hash browns, fried eggs and toast. Ordered the hash browns crispy, and they were perfect <3

Well, the service lacked in friendliness. It was more a matter of fact service, like what do you want type of thing. And I'm talking dead zone. Six customers total. Maybe. We were a table of 2. And they screwed the order up. So. If you are craving a wilted salad and Cold taco with a weak margarita go for it at the Viking Inn!!!
