My pics don't do it justice. Fat Anthony's did not disappoint. This sandwich is the Hodads of the sandwich world. it's a shame its tucked all the way up in julian. the sandwich was huge, the meat was excellent and generous portions. the veggies were equally generous and fresh and the gourmet pickle was a nice touch. my new favorite go to at julian Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent family deli and great family. The have the greatest sandwiches and real good meat. Symona, Anthony and the staff make this deli the best. Vegetarian options: Order what you want on your sandwiches or get a sub in a tub. Kid-friendliness: I've seen lots of families there. Went there many, many times but it was always closed. They should hang a closed sign if there is an emergency. Hope to change my review; best of luck! It was ? a great deli.
