Rellicário Brigaderia CafÉ

As a Aussie in Brazil, I often like good coffee. Relicário makes excellent coffee! They understand the process (e.g. the coffee is not burned, the milk is not too hot and tasteless), and the quality of the coffee is excellent. In addition, the staff are super professional, attentive and always friendly. The desserts are also incredible. Great. I've been here for years and it's always an absolute pleasure. Stop the big workers!

The coffee is amazing, the room he is lovable, I love it

I was not impressed by my experience in Rellicario Brigaderia. As soon as we went to the host dinners, we wouldn't pay attention. We had to walk through the restaurant to find a man with an iPad to give our names. After he finally found him and gave our names, he told us it was a 20-minute waiting period that ended more than 45 minutes. This was due to their lack of organization, we saw at least two couples walking and sitting at tables without their names essentially cutting the line given and waiting much longer for us. Not only were they able to cut the line, but they also received immediate service, which was indispensable to say very frustrating. The place at the tables is not sufficient that they are parties of four on a table for two. After the last place at our small table we waited 15 minutes until a server comes and takes our order. We ordered the bolovete, an esphirra, a traditional cappichino, a cappuccino shake and a Mr. Tugas Wonka beer. The food was good and the beer was exceptional, it is the only thing that the two stars store on this review. For the type of food and service we received the prices were very expensive. I advise the owner of this facility to be organized. Have hostesses dedicated to take their jobs seriously and give your servers sections like any other restaurant. I don't pay good money for good food and good service. As they lack the latter, I will not return to this institution.
