Bidrage med feedbackAfter the change of operator (end of 2011), we were there several times in 2012 with friends and clients to eat, and it was always an absolute high enjoyment that stretched over three to four hours each time. The offers on the map are unique (e.g. Kalbswange; Cheekwood goat cheese; handmade pralines), Mrs Schulze gives detailed information about the origin and way of preparation at any position. It always recommends suitable wines, whose quality is as exceptional as the foods then prepared.
A Gastro star in Jork we have been several times in the mill again and again a highlight of gastronomy!!!! The boss gives with the mill a very personal ambience the map is exceptionally far away from the gastronomic uniqueness in the Old Land, the newly designed fireplace room is appealing, cozy and also suitable for celebrations in the family and friends circle, if you want to be among yourself we also come with our dog again and again like to come to lunch, coffee and homemade cakes also on the terrace with a view of the fruit trees very worthwhile!
New operators since 2011, who offer an excellent service (specially very friendly), work with absolutely high-quality products and the presentation of food is unique! The concept is true! In front of the boss and in the kitchen of the boss Danny Riewoldt (previously many years in Hamburg South Germany)His cooking skills have spoken around here in the whole area and now I am also falling away...every bite is an experience.
We were there for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. So far only heard good and could convince ourselves. The portions were very clear but qualitatively very good for the price. The staff is very nice and accommodating, the ambience fits the mill. The booking was spontaneous and about opentabel.de totally easy. All in all a successful evening on 21. Wedding day. We'll definitely be back.
