Wendy's - Joplin

It was adequate, food seemed like had been sitting awhile and not very hot

I won't be going back Wendy's has gotten out of control with their pricing I ordered a Baconator combo regular size and it cost me $15 for fast food I could have a nice sit down Homestyle cooked meal for that price

First off if they would listen to their customer and verify that they got the order correct before saying yeah and yep and okay they gave me the wrong order after I asked again at the window and then I had to come back into the store to get it and the lady that was fixing the burger couldn't take two seconds to walk from her spot and hand me my burger while I had to wait on the woman at the drive-thru window to pay attention to get my food to me and never once said I'm sorry for the inconvenienc … – show

We went in for a small bite to eat. The staff was kind of “standoffish” it seemed. On e we started a conversation with the young lady that took our order we found her to be very friendly. I complemented her ear rings and she took them off so I could see them better. Our order was filled quickly and tasted great.

Ordered the new Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich. Was super excited about this as driving thru and seeing advertising signs saying extra sauce not needed. It looks GREAT on their signs. Concept sandwich was good, a spoonful of marinara was a HUGE disappointment! Drove 3 minutes back to my work and bun was dry with a 1” spot of red where very little marinara was put. Signs show it dripping down the whole sandwich, definitely not the case. New peppermint frosty was a letdown as well. Alm … – show
