Very polite older man helped me buy. The pepperoni hot and ready was soft fresh, he was nice enough to give my daughter some cookies free.

I can't believe what happened, an employee thought he could taste the Ceasers better than the bosses back at companies. He was so wrong, troubled what I ordered, and was braggin bout it. Wonder what business would think, I hope they'd fire him. Right?

I've planned a pickup for my order since I went to the area. When I arrived, the app said to go to the counter as there was no space in the portal. They said I picked up and they had no idea why I was there. He said it should be in the portal and told him the app should go to the counter. Well, after 5 minutes of them looking for him and repeatedly asked me what I ordered, they found out they gave my order to someone else. So I had to wait for a new one. The staff seemed to act like they didn't know what was going on. Much confusion.

They only had a big order and had only 2 guys working, but the customer service was great.

Just called while you were open to be not picked up. You also turned the open sign off while open?
