Downstream Casino Resort - Joplin

My wife and I visited on a holiday weekend, so it was really full. The gaming was fun and the people watching was amazing. We both lost $20, but it was cheaper than a movie. The incredible thing for me was how the staff sanitized each slot machine after someone used it. We'll go back soon for sure.

The casino is very beautiful and spacious. The games are not stacked on top of each other. The buffet was not worth the money. Other guests thought so as well while chatting amongst other customers while dining. Our waiter was very attentive to our table. The grill area of the buffet was not open, and I asked the cook if it was going to open, and he assured me no.

The concert was great. Parking was horrendous. Traffic was so backed up with no clear exits when leaving. Had to park in a field. Took forever. Over an hour to get out of the field and still had to get out of parking area. Which was blocked off all over the place. It took longer to get out of there than the actual concert.

Free fountain drinks. Great poker room. Good staff. Nice food. Smack dab in the middle of four states. Nice gas station that stocks a lot of limited flavours and has ground bison. What more could you want.

This is probably one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in the beds and sheets were excellent. The shower and bathroom was top notch. The shower is in the top two of my lifetime big enough, warm enough, clean enough to sob for hours over the money I have lost would highly recommend staying here with a shower.
