Starbucks - Jonesboro

Worse Starbucks service in town. My order has been wrong the last 3 times, and I live right down the road! What a shame, will not go back.

I 'm an Uber driver. I just finished my delivery to the customer. It was ready when I arrived but unpackaged. The cashier went over to package it for delivery, then stopped in mid step when a real customer came in. I finally had to get another staff member to finish my order. Wow! Starbucks gets a lot of business from Uber.

This place is ridiculous on time it takes to make a coffee and then you’re trapped. You would think 30 minutes early you could grab a coffee before work. Nope

This Starbucksistheabsolute WORST. You will spend 20-30 minutes in the drive thru no matter what, the lobby is no better. They can never get my orders right, even simple orders like cinnamon syrup, for some reason they cannot comprehend what cinnamon syrup is and always give me cinnamon sprinkles. Also, what is the point of ordering online if you don’t start the order until I arrive?? The entire point of ordering online is so that it’s ready by the time I get there!!

I can say without a doubt Starbucks is a good coffee shop. But I would recommend Shadrach instead of you value freshness. Especially when it comes to a brewed hot coffee. You cannot beat the employees love for their job and customers, but the management is lacking. The wait time on a Sunday is a nightmare.
