Good service. Friendly staff. Long wait times during peak hours

Forgot to give me half my order... It happens so often now at McDonald's it's getting sad.

I visited this restaurant with my family of seven and had a problem with my burger - I asked for it plain but it came with ketchup. The manager came out and was incredibly polite, friendly, and respectful. In my opinion, the best thing about this place is the manager - he is a true people person. We need more old-school managers like him in the restaurant industry.

The restaurant review is as follows: The wait time was over 30 minutes, the food was both old and cold, and the customer service was so poor that only inexperienced kids were seen working there. The management team was lacking and only seemed concerned with meeting statistics.
