Potbelly - Joliet

Update: 6/21/2022. I couldn't give another review to potbelly. shout to frau rylee (I hope I wrote it right. she was super amazing. very helpful. these girls need an increase! I will continue my visits as long as I feel welcome at my visit! I liked the warm meals for my man and for me more importantly. thanks to all at joliet potbelly. you all rock! I must say this place is great to stop and get the bite when looking for a wreck. the staff behind the counter is super beautiful and always smiling. I'll be back soon! (I'm here at least three times a month.

Love the Mac n cheese but the meatball sub could use a tab bit more marinara sauce. I'd recommend ordering a side of it.

VERY friendly staff. The place smelt of a mixture of sandwiches and garbage but that’s not the point of the review. This review goes to Potbelly as a company and the fact that I paid nearly $7 for a piece of bread. Potbelly used to be SO good , but this visit left me wanting to not return. I had to look for the chicken on my sandwich as I thought it may have been forgotten, but sure enough my straggly three pieces of meat were there. This was very disappointing and from my favorite sandwich shop to okay to not returning is simply upsetting. Do better potbelly.

Sandwich was good but cashier made sure to point out the tip button upon paying for the sandwich. Tips should be optional, especially when ordering from a fast food restaurant.

I asked for a Mediterranean sandwich but instead of chicken replace it with avocado. I was told they can remove the chicken but charge extra for the avocado. So I would end up paying more for a main ingredient to be removed and a couple of avocado slices to be added.BS! Will not be eating here anymore.
