Harold's Shrimp Chicken Joliet

I live in Wisconsin and I visit this place every time I visit. The chicken, the mild sauce I love it..they don’t even know what mild sauce is in Wisconsin. This place is a Joliet gem!

I am extremely frustrated with this newer Joliet, IL location on Cass St. They continuously close and lock their doors an entire hour early than they are supposed to. They also continuously leave their phone off the hook. It just rings and rings and rings. I walked in just to be told if I didn’t call my order in they couldn’t take my order at all because their “fryers were gonna overheat”?? I responded I’ve been calling for an hour???? The older man at the register said “it’s nothing he can do” They are not serving the people but what only accommodates them as the workers! I get it being a high demand but I was in the restaurant an hour before closing and my order should have been taken. Terrible service!
