Why do I have to be shamed into giving a tip when you are doing your job? You are not waiters.

Busy store. I just wish they’d pay attention a little more to the food before they give it to the customers. I don’t know what this is... It appears to be hardened chocolate with a stretch?!? See photo below. I was down the highway before noticing. Going back for refund.

It's a great place to land to do some work or just relax. Music was a bit loud, the day I stopped for a phone meeting, and the seating is set up more for a group of 4 or more. They were busy when I stopped in, so the service was a but slow, but all together, it is a great place.

Lady that took my order threw the change pretty much in my hand. Acted like i was diseased or something. Then when it came to me ordering another item because I forgot that I wanted something else (I have adhd) seemed to be very upset that I did so. Then my muffin sat at the counter when it was supposed to be a heated muffin sitting right in front...Noone said anything. Everyone seems to just do there own thing. Not very friendly customer service. This was around 4:00 pm.

Love this location! I went on Saturday morning and it was packed and I can’t imagine how stressful it much have been with all the orders coming in yet they were all so kind and sweet and doing the best job. The drinks were delicious too. Awesome staff here!
