They are so slow is unbelievable. You gotta wait at least 30 mins to get your food or even get checked out.

I ordered a coffee and no food. Coffee was very good and not too expensive. The menu looked good with lots of good choices, will try the food next time.

Large coffee shop with plenty of seating and extensive beverage and food menu. Drinks include the standard fare as well as signature, creative drinks. The menu includes breakfast as well as lunch selections.

Every time I have gone there, (at least a dozen times) Whether through the drive-through or going into the cafe. Nine times out of ten I order the bagel and lox on a plane bagel. It comes with capers, cucumbers, tomatoes and red onion. I always ask for just the red onion. No other veggies please. Oh and I ask to have them cut it in half. Not once have they cut it in half. And most of the time the put everything on the bagel. It's not that it's not fresh, because it is. I just don't understand why they can't get it right. I don't like writing unfavorable reviews. How ever I'm just being honest as I am in all my reviews.

Foods usually good….. coffees weak and the hot Latte s not hot it’s lukewarm ?Vegetarian options: Veggies ?
