Dunkin' - Johnston

Not only was the line insanely long due to having only one employee on during morning rush, and that employee was quite vocal about that point multiple times to customers during the wait. On top of that the service was rude and full of attitude. I will never get anything from this dunkin again and I’m hearing much of that from my coworkers as we have exchanged and found very similar experiences for each of us. If you can’t staff right then just close, it’s not like there aren’t 3 other dunkins in 3 miles

If you go inside Be Prepared to wait A loonnnng long time !!!! They have 5or6 staff tending to the Drive thru and or Too busy chatting amongst themselves and playing on their Cell phones ? Then someone finally comes by and You still Wait! Very Unprofessional workers! Not Customer friendly service That you would expect from Such A Well established Company!!! Think I'll go to Starbucks pay the extra ? and Be Happy and Satisfying coffee experience?

Rachel is wonderful. Super nice and friendly and she makes a really good iced coffee.

Horrible service. Extremely rude. The man at the window did not say one word to me while I was there. He said my total and that was the only words spoken. He was too busy talking to the females working with him. I'm not asking for a lengthy conversation, but come on!!! Rude! On top of that, I asked for a muffin heated with butter and I was handed a muffin with a stick of butter on top, not even melted!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this Dunkin. Food is amazing, customer service is impeccable, and food is always delivered on time! Shout out to Hailie, my favorite employee! She’s the best!
