Timber! - Johnson City

Original and fresh menu. The service was excellent with the waiter knowing the menu and what to recommend. While many people in JC have stated this is a good place for anniversaries, birthdays, etc. I don't find it to be a romantic or quiet place. The room is loud and busy with tables close together. But overall it is a good local experience.

We ordered the food and found a dead insect on the vegetable. Also ordered Tar Tar, but the meat was not good. I had diarrhea right after I got back home.

Ate at Timber tonight. Fried green tomatoes, Yum! Best Burger I’ve had, such rich flavor sauce with sautéed onions. Fries were just like I like super crunchy, Penny had a chicken sandwich was very good too. Very friendly staff.

A very good restaurant in walking distance from home. A good diversity of menu options that change enough to keep it interesting and good drink bar options too. Nice outdoor seating area in the back and good service. Would be a five star but for the prices which are pretty steep.

Our favorite restaurant in Johnson City. The food is fresh and creative. While a few items stay, there are new seasonal items. So thankful to have these fine folks in JC.
