Nara Cuisine And Lounge - Johns Creek

Nara elevates Near Eastern cuisine to a whole new level. I have tried many Mediterranean dishes before, but this was truly a beautiful culinary experience. They offer a wide selection of unique cocktails, albeit on the pricier side at $14 each, but definitely worth a try. We ordered the vegan mezze sampler, falafels, and their Beyond kebab. Oh my goodness, the kebab was incredible! It tasted so much like real meat that I, a long-time vegetarian, couldn't believe it wasn't actually meat. Nara is the only restaurant in the Near East that offers meat substitutes on their menu, which is a refreshing change. The ambiance and decor of the restaurant are stunning, and I may try sitting on their rooftop next time. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning to Nara for another culinary adventure. Looking forward to our next visit. (Updated review as of September 30, 2021)

We ordered the vegan mezze sampler, falafels, and the Afterlife Kebab - which tasted so close to real meat that I, as a long-time vegetarian, couldn't believe it wasn't meat. This is the only restaurant in the Middle East that offers meat substitutes on their menu, a refreshing change. The restaurant's ambiance and decor are stunning, and I hope to try sitting on their rooftop next time. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive. We will certainly be returning, eagerly anticipating our next dining experience at Nara.
