So the omelette Uncle is serving omelette in this roadside joint since 1974 !! He prepares a wide range of sumptuous n mouth watering omelettes as per your taste buds. Popular ones being butter cheese masala omelette loved by all. Spanish omelette and Alibaba is popular among foreigners. Plus owner prepares at super speed n you dnt have to wait longer for your turn. I have always had butter cheese omelette and have never ever been disappointed..last visit i tried french toast too and super liked it. Authentic ! So if u are in ghantaghar n up for quick bite just go to uncle n order your omelette. Uncle have been interviewed by lonely planet and excellently rated with Tripadvisor with over 500 reviews. Keep going !!

The Omelette Shop is located near Ghantaghar, Jodhpur. Beware of fake omelette shops, there's a lonely planet reference on the original shop. So I heard that father and son duo runs this place successfully for past 30 years. I am sure that son made omelette for us. We ordered masala butter cheese omelette which was really great. But I think as an Indian you may not feel excited because we are so used to omelette. It's a small shop, so don't expect ambience.

I wanted to have breakfast after visiting the fort and I was suggested this place and to go to the “Omlette Man” <br/ <br/ 1. There is a wide array of types and sizes of omlette one can get. It’s so crazy there when it’s time to choose. I had Paneer omlette, Paneer cheese omlette, double cheese omlette etc. yes I went there for 03 days

The place has a lot of recommendations from world famous websites,magazines and TV shows.The omelettes served here certainly live up to the recommendations as they’re delicious.The owner is friendly and the prices are pocket friendly.This place is a must visit for anyone who wants to have great omelettes.

You can’t afford to miss omelettes from omelette shop if you are in Jodhpur. It is located in old city and serves some of the best omelettes you will ever had. Alibaba and cheese butter omelettes are my favourite ones.
