Bidrage med feedbackSweet local not touristy at all. Excellent English for a non-tourist stop. Really? Apple Maps led us down the local roads. Google maps have us there, although Orange Service was Spotty to download the offline maps. The gallets were delicious, like the local apple and pear sores.
La gravelette is a crêperie and I have never found a bad one. The crepes were very good and we were lucky because they took us for lunch at 2:30 p.m. and this is not the case in many places in Normandy. That was a very beautiful... and we were far from being the last guests. So we had to wait a bit, but better than no food.
At a rainy day we decided to try the Nez de Jobourg walk the longer tour takes more than 3 h walking time. After a good start and an interesting in land trail we reached the restaurant and enjoyed a very warm welcome and perfect...crepes. We got our crepes in minutes. We also enjoyed the small shop on the first floor ...
Galettes and crêpes from an interesting and extensive menu at reasonable prices were perfectly cooked and presented. Our savoury galettes were served with a tasty garnish of leaves with crème fraîche and a tiny tomato with a few sprigs of cress a nice touch....Dessert crêpes were also perfect. Service was friendly and efficient. Wines and cider by the glass were excellent value. This just looks like another small creperie, on the road between Rond Point des Chevres and Nez de Jobourg, but it is well worth seeking out if you're in the area.
Crêperie située pas loin du nez du Jobourg, terrasse au beau temps.Bon rapport qualité prix, des crêpes délicieuses, des assiettes de la mer ou de la terre.Bon cidre de chez Ludovic capelle, en carafon.
