Serge's Cafe - Jindabyne

This was my first time dining at Serge's restaurant after hearing so many recommendations. However, I was extremely disappointed and felt disrespected. After waiting for my order for 40 minutes and watching others who had ordered after me receive their meals, I inquired about the delay. The cook became irate when I mentioned I had ordered a burger at 10 a.m., despite the menu stating "all day lunch." When I threatened to ask for a refund, the cook became even more hostile, insisting that I had ordered a breakfast item. My husband and I were rudely referred to as "small B" and were yelled at as we left. The young server who apologized to us mentioned that he didn't deserve to work in such a toxic environment. The lack of honesty in this establishment has left a lasting impact, and we have decided never to return. I would not recommend dining here unless you want to support a business that mistreats its customers.

Service was great. The guy was a legend. Burgers were amazing, had to wait a little bit, but the guy was up front and delivered such delicious burgers. My mates are vegetarian, there were no veggie patties left, but the guy came with an alternative... so fast, my friends were super impressed, best meal we had our entire stay!

Most amazing Mocha Since I was in Jindabyne. Food is great. Staff are friendly and always remember my drink of preference. Great way to start the day.

Grabbed take coffee and beacon and egg baguette breakfast. Very good, fresh role and loads of Bake, coffee also super. Prefect Start to a busy day.

During our Easter weekend trip to Thredbo, we made a pitstop at a cozy cafe in Jindabyne for breakfast and lunch. The food was fantastic, and there was plenty of outdoor seating. For breakfast, we enjoyed an egg and bacon roll with mocha and cappuccino coffees, all served on freshly baked baguette. For lunch, we tried the delicious chicken burger with chips. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone visiting Jindabyne.
