Hayloft Restaurant at JE Resort

My family stopped at this restaurant on the way home from a day in the snow. We made a reservation to dine early. Despite arriving on time, we waited an hour for our food to arrive after ordering. The eye fillet was not what we expected, the chicken carving resembled something from a deli, and the pizza was served cold. The restaurant advertises bistro-style food but fails to deliver, charging premium prices for subpar dishes. The bar prices are also unreasonably high, comparable to those in Thredbo.

The food was fresh and decent, but there were no receipts, the waitress didn't know how to use the cash register, and the cook had to handle our payment. The service was very poor, as the staff seemed untrained and unsure of how to properly serve customers. Overall, I would not recommend wasting your time or money at this establishment.

The service at this restaurant is friendly and personalized, and the meals are surprisingly good. Make sure to stop by for a snack, you won't be disappointed.

We were here a few times, and every time we were not disappointed. Nicely presented, beautiful service, delicious to taste.

This is a great little venue that one of the locals recommended to me. Country setting, good food, kids menus. We had a coffee while the kids had a horse ride. Very nice.
