After a long journey from Bislett, we were very hungry. Google showed that the Grand Shanghai Palace in Jevnaker could be something for us as we have been to the Grand Hotell in Oslo a lot. On the door it said that it opened at 14:00. We waited outside, but called after 10 min, a pleasant voice of foreign origin answered the phone, it was understood that the owner was on his way. After 10 minutes, a fat Audi rolled into the car park. We were kindly waved in to the table. The premises were simple, but the green plants saved the first impression. The chairs were comfortable. The order went painlessly and you could choose from the large selection in the Chinese menu, a few typos, but we didn 't put any energy into it. The dishes were served in a familiar Chinese style with various sauces . It should be noted that the crispy fried chicken was not as crispy as expected, but the fries were good. The other Chinese dishes were very mildly spicy, not like in China, plus too much extra rice. The spring rolls had a little bit of filling. What you can ask yourself is how four dishes can be prepared in less than 12 minutes. The hat that was not on could be taken off. Unusual that payment takes place at the counter and not at the table, NB! they don 't take Amex. The staff 's uniforms must have been washed. If you have special needs when visiting the toilet, please note that the toilets are in the basement. All in all, when the grade is set, the rating is 4/3+ Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
