Burger King - Jesup

These ladies were on their A game yesterday so I felt compelled to leave them a great review. The service was great and they got our food out quickly and it was well made. I got the ghost pepper chicken fries and whopper and they were the best spicy chicken and hamburger I have found recently from a fastfood joint.

I can say that the 95% of the reviews I read were spot on. This place is terrible and the biggest problem is with the attitude of the employees and honestly the management and ownership. If you look at the reviews you can see that this Burger King has been terrible with terrible employees and management for years. This isn't a bad day thing, apparently everyday the employees mistreat the customers and give terrible service and the managers and owners do not care enough to fix it. There is a couple of good reviews but I would guess they are employees trying to get some good reviews so either the employees or family members gave them good reviews. The whole crew there were uncaring, rude and disrespectful.

The food quality isn't there anymore. Sandwiches are thrown together. The new sandwich is gross. The people were fast and friendly. Burning won't return due to the above stated

Ok so what happened to customer service when I went here they ignored me I had to go asked them if I could get some f$ @in service cause they ignored me and didn’t even acknowledge me then they got mad at me tried to ban me I do door dash too so later when was working on a delivery they wouldn’t even give me a couple deliveries caused me to lose three different big orders acting like butt cracks their customer service sucks

Gentlemen that waited on me around 6 pm was friendly and fast service.
