Altamaha Steak Seafood - Jesup

One of my absolute favorite places in Jesup, or anywhere. My only question these days is: what happened to the fries? They used to be standard crinkle cut fries, but were crispy and perfect. Now they tend to be soggy. They're simply OK. I wish the old fries were still around.

Best Shecrab soup I've had in a long time. Soup and grilled cheese sandwich is, IMHO, the perfect lunch after a morning of fishing. Had that for lunch several days while I was there. The fried shrimp dinner was also excellent. Happy to go back there again.

I love the food and the people and the atmosphere sometimes the chicken is a bit too small to even be sold at the prices that they are giving. And my shrimp taste way more fresher than fresh should be! Overall I visit at least three to four

Chicken was cold and hard. Fries was hot that’s it. Overpriced and they charge extra to use card. Sometimes chicken is fresh. When it’s fresh it’s good.

Typical country buffet. The roast beef is what earned this place four stars. Had to walk to the other side of the building to get to the buffet and it seemed a little pricey for what they offered.
