Bidrage med feedbackThe service at this restaurant was terrible. The waitress seemed more focused on taking a name for the order than actually listening to our complete order. We requested utensils and were given them in a cardboard container. When we inquired about this, we were told to serve ourselves at the table. One of our drinks was forgotten but still charged. As we were leaving, another couple arrived to collect their coffee and the waitress commented that they were happy because she didn't throw it away, she called their name and they never came. The customer service here is severely lacking. This used to be a go-to spot for us, but after our first visit post-covid, it will also be our last.
I will not be returning to this restaurant. I asked for a cappuccino twice and received a mocha instead. The burger I ordered had a stale bun. My partner ordered wings for $5 and only received three very small pieces. He also ordered a fried boar roll, but the roll was not fresh. Additionally, the staff member behind the counter seemed unfriendly and needs to improve their attitude. Overall, we were not impressed with our experience.
Eating was great for the price the amount was huge, gravy was so nice that by late in the night the staff was very friendly, great place to stop
We went here as a stop between sydney and canberra. we bought two of our own cheese rolls and ordered two medium size cappuccinos and a medium size hot chocolate pros: • the bathroom is not too rough for a road stop • they do not think about it if they take their own food • perfect in the middle of sydney and canberra good location for stop overcons: • coffee comes in 2 sizes and medium size
Called in to get some brekky, but upon ordering my coffee and getting smartarse reponses from the older worker there, I decided to go hungry.
