Bidrage med feedbackAnother typical Israeli spot. bad service, bad food for the price of an elite restaurant and water dripping everywhere. Avoid if possible.
The cappuccino at this restaurant is top-notch, as is the location at First Station. The salmon sandwich, however, falls a bit short with a 4-star rating.
It is hard to hit a lowest bar in service among Israeli restaurants but this time they managed to do it. We waited for a table, when it was ready and the hostess called us but when we reached the table she came back and told the following sentence ‘manager told not to Let anyone else because it is too busy” there were about 8 free tables then I asked to see that manager when a lady came in couple of minutes she had no idea what is going on I asked the hostess to repeat what she told me, apparently there was another manager and not her who gives instructions. And the end lady who came just waved her hands at us and said if you don’t like it you can go” just like this You are welcome to spend there your money if your like to be treated like trash Food is sometimes tastes like it was frozen and premade by the way there I have visited it before, it is one of few non kosher places at the Train station that is opened on Shabbat and has seating areas for a bigger groups
I can't give this restaurant 0 stars. The service was terrible. The food was below average (seasoning options are not listed on the menu) and half of the lunch/dinner menu items were not available at 3:30pm. There was only one staff member who seemed to be trying to cover the entire restaurant. Our party of 4 had to wait a ridiculous 40 minutes for the last person's food to arrive, and we were ignored when we tried to inquire about it. We had to track someone down to receive the bill, and then had to go to a kiosk to pay. To top it off, we were informed that the tip was not included even though the service was lackluster.
Wonderful atmosphere with great location. The food was moderate, but freshly and large.
