Gringo's - Jersey City

This was my second time visiting Gringo's and it did not meet the bar food wise. My husband and I both ordered The Birria and he also had an order of Dem Nachos. He enjoyed the nachos but the birria was so bland, absolutely not flavor at all. We were sad about this you know going to a place that you loved the 1st time only to disappoint the 2nd.

Food and drinks were very good. The chicken n' waffle taco and the tuna tar-taco was amazing.

Margs and enchiladas with the crew… with gluten free options?! I couldn’t be happier. The staff was very accommodating with allowing us to neatly stack our bikes tucked away near the outdoor seating area.Ps. I’d love to see the gringo taco made gluten free again in the future! I was bummed to see it was no longer listed as such ?

Delicious food and margaritas! A great spot to have some lunch and drinks with the gals. Me and my ladies enjoyed the margarita flights very much. There are many flavors to choose from! The variety of salsas is incredible as well.Food: 5/5

I came here with a friend around 6:15p we was greeted by the hostess. She was nice we didn’t have to wait, we was seated immediately which is a plus. It did take a couple of minutes for us to receive the menu and be greeted by the waiter. We ended up getting chips and salsa for appetizers. For drinks we both picked the flight option which you are able to pick three drinks as you see in the picture. I ended up getting Passion fruit, Tijuana, and Mango margarita. I wasn’t a fan of the Passion fruit and Tijuana margarita but that Mango drink was amazing 10/10. For my entree I ended up getting the chicken enchilada which comes with beans and rice. You also had a choice of green or red sauce, I ended up getting the green sauce. I would come back here again. The waiter was okay I would give him a 7/10.RATINGS:Service: 7/10Drinks: 5/10 (I would pick a different flavor another time.)Food: 8/10Parking: They have this big area that looks like parking next to the restaurant but I wasn’t sure if you were able to park there or not. I should’ve call and asked, but I was lucky enough to find street parking that wasn’t far from the restaurant.
