We were booked for 10:15-, we had to wait while the inhabitants were provided with the available tables - only by 10:35 on our table. many items were not available as breakfast service finished at 11:00- waited to order an omelette and fried eggs (only scrambled on buffet, but container empty! had to wait until 10:51 for these items that made the cozy breakfast a sweat did not even order the American pancakes as we were too late!

The set menu was limited. when booking it did not say it was a set menu. the a la carter was displayed online at the time of booking, which is why we booked. at the arrival we were offered only the set. a waitress said that's all. but when we paid the bill we said we could have meal from the bar menu. the set, although limited was good, slightly cold. more sauce. that's a bit disgusting.

Enjoy our meal tasty and hot. service efficient eating came fast restaurant clean, but could do with an update. the second time that we visited this month, it was cold in the restaurant. they would visit very comfortable again if they saw a movie.

Shocking experience from the very outset staff who argue you have no booking despite showing your confirmation. Wrong drinks served cold fold. A buffet service with nothing whatsoever labelled as to what it was or supposed to be. Cold coffee but only a cup filled a third full. Sitting in the lobby for an hour post lunch all I heard and witnessed were many dissatisfied customers. Possibly the worst Sunday lunch ever
