Cute small stands, with a surprising selection of foods; crab sandwiches, burgers (also vegan options) and sandwiches/rolls. quaint area I guess, somehow depress due to the abandoned hotel running down right next to it. this could be temporary, however, as it seemed to be in the demolition process! very beautiful view of course. nice, interesting staff too. a quite decent place to lunch, and maybe a walk along the rocky beach. be careful that it is at the bottom of a huge hill, so make them gas in their tank or charge in their electric bicycle battery!
What a find. Went here simply because of name. Mad Mary does indeed run the cafe here. She was so lovely and friendly, lovely cakes and usual cafe fare. Beautiful spot, it was a clear day so could see France.
Lovely cafe overlooking the bay. Superb fresh bacon rolls and coffee. The owner Mary and her assistant made us feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend a visit.
Unfortunately, this is the only place that is actually in bouley bay to buy food and drink and it was closed when I arrived. the hotel has long since closed, someone lacks an opportunity.
