Bidrage med feedbackCame to this potbelly for the first time everything was great until I asked a question about there new specialty sandwich the jalapeño popper sandwich I asked the worker taking my order who’s name is Sabrina what was on the sandwich she tells me what is on it I said ok never mind I then added another sandwich for my son. The lady ended up making the jalapeño sandwich handed it to her colleague I told her I didn’t order that Sabrina got upset and balled up the sandwich in front of customers even when her co worker said it was ok she would take it. Everyone else there was nice. Idk what was wrong with Sabrina but it clearly wasn’t her day. If she was upset she shouldn’t have made a scene in front of customers I’m very big on customer service. I work customer service I know it’s never an easy job and I always make sure that I’m nice to people working because I know how it is, but I did not appreciate her making a scene like that if she doesn’t know how to give proper customer service maybe she should try another job.
Food is good don’t get me wrong. But this place is seriously overpriced. Damn near $25 for a big sandwich with bacon and soup. I understand inflation causes food prices to rise but this is just ridiculous. No fast food sub shop should be charging that much for what I got.
We received Potbelly giftcards for Christmas and saw they were running a BOGO deal on the app for their birthday. Much to our dismay, the app would not accept either of our giftcards (6 digit pin versus the 3-4 digit pin the app takes). My sister went to a different location and after verifying that her giftcard had money, the manager at that location honored the deal for her. We approached a women at the register and explained that the app kept pushing errors for the giftcard. She verified that there was money on the card but told us she would not honor the deal and instructed us to order on the app. Afterwards, our interactions with her consisted of 1-worded answers. We were not satisfied with the customer service and the experience left a bad taste in our mouths. We will be visiting other locations until our giftcards run out and then taking our business elsewhere.
Yeah the food here is goo and the employees are great, only qualms are about price. But, even when I ordered a shake for delivery they still provided the cookie and wrapped the soup which was pretty cool.
The store chairs/table are limited for dine in. We need to wait for other customer to get seated.
