La Pizzeria de Jose - Jericó

I've been to Jerico a few times, and La Pizzeria de Jose is hands down my favorite restaurant. I thought honestly that it was impossible to find such high-quality food in a small town like Jerico, but I was totally wrong. The freshness of ingredients, the quality of food, the explosion of different flavors in your mouth have not stopped me to surprise me. The pizza dough is simply so soft and delicate, it simply melts in the mouth. They also have some cheese dough ball that is fried, I think is called buñuelos, they are just great. However, my favorites are their stuffed potatoes with homemade chili sauce and their typical Jerico dessert from different layers. The dessert is addicted! the complexity of the aromas shows the dedication set to production. Just my favorite dessert in the world. I can't wait to go back and stuff my face with the greatest size Postre Jericoano.

This casual restaurant is a block from the main square is a cozy place served by its owners, Jose and Nancy, which are beautiful by the way. Pizza was one of the best I ever had and Postre Jericoano (a homemade dessert) can be described with just one word: amazing. Very recommended.

Located near the square, this restaurant serves a solid piece of pizza. It was one of the better meals we could find in Jericó.

A una cuadra del parque principal se encuentra un lugar con una pizzería deliciosa... y con el postre insignia de Jericó. Nos gustó. La pasta es gruesa para los amantes de ese sabor. Es una buena opción.

La comida nos encantó, no quisimos pedir la pizza jumbo y nos armaron las 4 porciones como las solicitamos. Jose y las personas que atienden son muy encantadores. El servicio es muy ágil y son muy innovadores, vale la pena probar sus riquísimos postres.
