Bidrage med feedbackI think the responsible young lady did her best with what she had and then had to make the decision to cut off a swallow. (an inconspicuous employee who slows down the things a little more) because it was so busy, I am not sure that we/the viewers would know that everything was wrong, in the way the superior treated himself. first, she tried to give direction/solution. she then spoke directly, then simply removed the bad apple! the young lady in the redgester was overwhelmed/ undertrained. total $15.07; I gave her $20. they yelled, we have no more dollar. loli gave her a dime! I had to say I had to keep the change, give me $5. we have everything except the F-O-F I ordered, that was never cracked.
Waited 30 minutes in drive through. No apology for the wait. Ordered unsweetened tea. They gave me sweet. This place is a mess. My second bad experience. It will be my last.
Waited in the drive thru for almost an hour, and by the time I got to the final window they still didn't know my order. Had to ask me 3 times what my order was, and had a second employee ask me for a 4th time after that. Terrible experience, don't recommend this place.
I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes while witnessing the car in front of me having to basically yell to get ANY response AT all from anyone inside...after that car finally was able to order and moved forward I moved to the speaker box. I sat there for OVER 5 minutes with no greeting. I attempted to get anyones attention while saying things such as, hello, excuse me, good morning, can I be helped Not once was I acknowledged or replied to. Eventually I pulled to the window and set for another 10 minutes waiting to be able to speak to someone to let them know that no one was responding to me or to simply figure out what was going on. The firstwindow was blocked off and no one was around so there was two cars in front of me neither one of them was moving after another 10 minutes I pulled to the next window where I was completely 100% ignored and no one ever came to the window I ended up having to be somewhere by 8:00 right down the road so I ended up having to abandon my pursuit in attempt to purchase some breakfast.. I have no idea what happened but it is completely unacceptable to have staff inside a restaurant who completely 100% ignores customers. The business is there to make money you cannot make money if you are not taking orders. I am usually very empathetic towards employees that work in the food industry because I myself work at a restaurant but the fact of the matter is there is no excuse for someone waiting in a line for over 20 minutes to literally be able to talk to no one. When I try to call the phone for that particular McDonald's it directly went to a voicemail box that said it was full. So obviously this isn't the first rodeo with that business and they obviously don't want to take phone calls due to the fact that they know that they're not going to be pleasant phone calls. I really do feel sorry for anyone else who goes there this morning or the people who were my predecessors and I hope something gets done about it.
It is 11:08pm, 02/26/2022. I am stuck in this drive thru line. I have been in this line for 40 minutes. It took ten minutes, with one car in front of me, to get to the speaker. I sat at the speaker for 30 minutes (estimated), before anyone acknowledged me at the speaker. I had no other choice but to sit here this long as there are multiple cars in front of me and behind me. Once some came to the speaker, all the young man said was we ain't taking no more order at this time then I heard a young lady laughing. I did not say anything, I just drove up to continue to be stuck sitting here in this line that isn't moving. I was at the first speaker. The second speaker have cars waiting as well which is how I am stuck in this line.
