Bidrage med feedbackI gotta say that the Portland Sandwich Week sandwich they are serving is fantastic. Beautifully fried pork cutlet accompanied with tasty, homemade pickles and mustard on a grilled bun. Minimalism at it's best. The Barbecue burnt ends were a complete dissapoinment. I was handed my to-go bag and, as always, checked the temperature of my food. My burnt ends were cool. I just walked out of the cart court. They were busy and I was upset, so returning to complain was not going to happen. The burnt ends were also chewey with minimal bark. I may go back, but I'm not sure if they take their barbecue seriously. I hope your experience is better.
This is the best BBQ joint that in town. The food is amazing!Their Slaw is hearty, the Mac and Cheese is delicious, and sprinkled with crispy cheese bits.I like the 2 meat platter (Bunt ends, and ribs),It all f'in incredible.Eat here! You wont regret it.I may get the names wrong, But Nick and Jen and pretty awesome people too. Thanks for keeping me well fed.???
Had the bbq pork butt tacos SO GOOD! The tortillas really make or break a taco, and these flour tortillas were perfectly griddled to be light and stretchy, with a healthy serving of grated cheese grilled to a golden brown crisp on top. Then the juicy, soft 10 hour pork, with some fun toppings to zip it up. Eats messy but delicious. I'll be back!
The best food truck in Portland. Consistently fire! Great prices, solid portions, and super unique style of bbq.Would have taken a pic but I ate it too quickly.P.S. you’re a coward if you’re scooping an order 45 min late then dropping a bad review. We come here all the time and have never been disappointed so your one off doesn’t mean a damn thing
The Chicken, Bacon, Ranch was the best BBQ sandwich I've had in my entire life by far. All of their food is insanely good!
