Texicano - Jennings Lodge

The Texicano bowl with carnitas is my go to, always delicious! I also love their chips and queso and strawberry lemonade. One of my favorite food trucks in the Hawthorne Asylum!

I am always looking for good tacos, this place had the best tacos I’ve ever had!!

Texicano makes really great food. I had the fried chicken sandwich. This sandwich had a nice little kick, not too much sauce. The chicken was tender and not overcooked, which I find happens when deep frying it. The menu has a lot to offer and it's not your normal go-to food. The service was quick, and the server was pleasant. I will happily go back.

We had the taco special and it was delicious. It was like they grilled a whole steak for two tacos.

This sandwich fries were amaaaaazing! Steak was super flavorful, sauces were bomb, fries were seasoned well, bun was soft. All the flavors and toppings worked so good together. Highly recommend trying this spot out when you visit Hawthorne Asylum!
