Ordered flat white and am confused why I got cappuccino. milk was too hot and thus no sweetness at all. I guess they are expecting all the customers to order a coffee with syrup so that they can just ignore the core taste. If a cafe is emphasizing specialty coffee, it should also follow with enough detail and fundamentals. Very disappointed.
