KOC Blackened seasoning makes the best chicken and shrimp I've ever cooked. My son and I have been going to the Saturday Market stand for about 10 years for the free samples and smiles. We always get two large containers so we don't run out too fast.

Everyone is sleeping on the Cream spice. We messed up and only bought a small bottle. We were out in 2 weeks. Literally added to every meal we made. Been coming to Saturday Market just to chill with these guys. They are so laid back and awesome. Didn't know they had a restaurant, hitting that up asap. I need my fix man!
