The food was super yummy. Hash browns are on point. Service was a bit slow, but they were slammed. The staff was very friendly.

Clean, cute diner vibe, with cloth napkins and tables that aren’t wiggly. The Beatles’ “Oh, Darling” was playing when we came in— a good omen for me! Quick service, staff is very friendly. A little loud when we came in because it was full, but not overwhelming. I had chicken chilaquiles for breakfast and they were FABULOUS! The tortillas tasted homemade. My daughter had mini churro waffles, which were perfectly crunchy on the outside but soft and buttery on the inside. Great serving sizes- generous but not huge. Strawberry mimosa was perfect, came with a flower on top! Javi’s is my new favorite for breakfast in Portland!

It's probably for the best that I live so far away from this place to eat more often. I would probably spend enough money to put a kid through college here and not regret it a single bit. Everything they cook is mastered and served with the best service.

Service was so warm and welcoming and the food and drinks were amazing! Please package and sell that jam, it was the best I’ve ever had!

My husband and I went for breakfast last week and had a perfect visit. Delicious food I had a chorizo scramble but my husband takes the win with the chilaquiles sabroso! Diana was our server and she was friendly and prompt and flawless. It was lovely to eat outside on a sunny day.
