Kfc - Jenks

No matter when you arrive, the service is great. The staff is friendly and they're always fast.Tonight, I got there right before close and they were out of everything except white meat. I wanted a bowl but there were no nuggets. They busted up a breast to make my bowl. WHAAAT?!!! Thank for the bowl!!

Update: Gone downhill big time. Always out of crispy, original tastes like it was made last year, takes forever inside, and they forgot my order entirely once.Great service!

Sometimes hit and miss but lately this place is hot and fresh and drumming up crispy chicken and soft biscuits!!!

They take care of you immediately, the food is fantastic and super friendly

I went through the drive-through. I wasn’t sure what I was wanting. The were no cars behind me and the person that was helping me was telling me to hurry up. Is there anything else you need didn’t like her town and that she was rushing me I ordered and went to the window, to pay. I was talking to the manager she was quite rude and I told her with that kind of attitude that I will not be back and she told me do you promise? Wow, I was baffled at the treatment who tells a customer that. I called the corporate they did not follow up. No one called, and nothing was done. I will never forget this treatment, and I have told my friends and family we’re not to go in Jenks for chicken but go to Tulsa. Unsatisfied customer.???????????????
