We've eaten in the castle today with our two little children. After the order, I asked the waitress whether it would be possible to make the food faster (because of the children). What came after that is hardly to believe: In the broken German we were very unfriendly explained that there was no snack here and the waiting time can be 30 minutes! We said it was completely normal. The whole thing was repeated again and again! I was shocked by your dealing with the guests and meant that it was a lot of sound as you were talking to the guests. The waitress was obviously mad and she said we felt bad. Then the boss came and needed the food. I told him about the incident he apologized for. The food itself was good.
