Torchy's Tacos - Jeffersonville

First time dining in at Torchy’s and I was really impressed with the quality of the food and how fast everything came out. It was peak lunch time and I was unsure of what to get, but the gentleman at the register explained everything. Ended up with a Republican and a Trailer Park. The tacos were massive! Taco shells could be a little larger to house all the ingredients. Both tacos were amazing, already debating on when I’m going back. I’d like to try the chips and queso on my next visit. My order didn’t break the bank either, price point on the food was perfect.

Best queso in town. Tacos are decent, and well thought out. Execution on tacos leaves some room for improvement. Still really enjoy going.

I went to torchy's on Wednesday in atmosphere was relaxed it wasn't busy at all but I can see it was only a few Patriots in the lobby. I ordered the queso and chips with brisket added to my queso. And I got a burrito with chicken. I was very disappointed to find out when I got home after I waited about 15 minutes for my food to come. I did not have the brisket in my queso like I had paid for and there was no sour cream or guacamole in my burrito. I live in Kentucky so I couldn't just pop up. I just took the L.

The only reason I rated the food at 3 stars is because I don 't enjoy spicy hot food.Even the things I was told weren 't hot, to my taste, were. However, I should have taken the name, TORCHY 'S, as a hint for what my tongue was in store. The staff was very pleasant and inviting, and the place was very clean. Overall, I would recommend this as a go to if you enjoy the spicy side of life.

We visited Torchy’s for the first time on Saturday. It was recommended by a friend who lives in Texas. The food was outstanding!! Best questions queso anywhere!! Amazing tacos bursting with flavor!! Will be back for sure!
