Kfc - Jeffersonville

I was looking forward to trying the spicy Mac Cheese bowl again after being off the menu for years. I just bought it and they were horrible. They are supposed to coat the popcorn chicken with sauce before adding it to the macaroni. This is the way it?sadvertised. This place only drizzled a little on top after the fact. This is just lazy. Didn?t realize until I got home. I hadthis when it it first came out years ago and it was great then.

Horrid Drive through wait time, inside is closed sense they opened during Covid, waited at least 5 minutes behind 2 people get the one through order and told to wait one moment. I don?t know if management can?t hire people or can?t keep people, at thispoint they should close this location down. Why have a in person dining room and not use it.

It would be faster to blow the running gear, then order pickup

When here for dinner on Tuesday night and ordered 4 of their macaroni bowls for my family. I was in the drive thru and was told the chicken was cooking and to pull around to the front and they would bring the bowls out to me. I did as I was asked. Waited 15 minutes and then went inside to see what the issue was. Upo9n speaking to the person working the drive thru he told me it would be another 20-25 minutes due to the macaroni in the oven was not ready. I asked why he told me 4 minutes, when it was evident it was not going to be ready, and he said, "I don 't know. "I am not holding this young man accountable as he is just an employee but the person with the keys didn 't seem to care. So then I asked for a refund and they tried to short change me 7 dollars, which I replied the amount I paid and said please recount. They did not say sorry, or offer any kind of acknowledgement. I took my funds and will never stop at a KFC again. The quality of service at these restaurants is horrible and they need to be taught some customer service skills. While I understand the labor shortage, lack of manners is not acceptable. I only gave one star as that was the lowest the score would go.

Businesses have been opened for over a year since Covid and these guys still won’t unlock their doors to let anyone eat inside. Ridiculous. Wont be back until they figure out they’re a fast food restaurant and not just a drive thru.
