Bidrage med feedbackWe have 2 coffees now we aren’t going to drink. Asked for 2 black coffees with French vanilla flavor. I’ll admit I haven’t had DD in a while but she passes us coffee that is light in color. We say we wanted black, she says, that’s what the French vanilla does. We say okay give us black coffees then no flavor, she comes back with exact same coffees. Why didn’t she just give us 2 black coffees, that’s all we wanted and I don’t believe for one second she made us new coffees when she disappeared away from window for 1 min. If that’s what the flavor does say I’m sorry how about just black no flavors (like we asked)Drive away upset with 2 coffees that are too sweet for our taste. The food didn’t taste good since we had no coffee to enjoy with it.This was just a quick stop on a road trip to a DD but honestly it put a bad taste in my mind to try another one again on this trip. ?
I probably frequent this Dunkin way more than I should but how can I not? They are efficient, kind, welcoming people. Their customer service skills are incredible, they know me by name, my coffee is always right and tastes great, they’re more than accommodating, and they go above and beyond. They always have a smile on their face, and really I just want to commend both morning and evening Dunkin crew on everything you all are. Jefferson, I know you weren’t thrilled with Dunkin coming to town, but really they’re an amazing addition to the community. I won’t go to any other Dunkin.
Service is always friendly. Once, I accidentally did a mobile order to a different location. I realized it at the drive thru speaker when they didn’t have it in their system. They asked what I ordered, made it for me and didn’t charge me.
Not the best dunkin, I feel like they need better staff, but other than that my order is usually right and I love dunkin!!!
Location location location! Easy access and great customer service! I tried the breakfast taco and it was delicious!
