El Jimador - Jefferson City

We were seated quickly, the restaurant appeared to be clean, and waiters helped us quickly. I had the Camarones ala diabla without rice. It wasn’t as spicy as most places but had a good flavor and the shrimps tails were removed which is great!! My son had a taco salad and he loved it. We will be happy to return! I returned for a second time a few weeks ago and the a la Diabla was spicier and even better than the first time! We had a great experience again and our waiter was very nice. It’s close to a nice park as well with trails! Third visit food was good! And more consistent with my second visit than my first. Good flavor and they are nice enough to pluck the tails! Thanks!

Great is an understatement!!! Food was wonderful. Staff was super friendly. Cheese sauce was about the best I’ve ever had. We ordered and received our food and drinks very quickly. You won’t regret eating here!

We went here last night being our 1st time. I was absolutely amazed to say the least. They were very busy and still had us sat within minutes. Our waitress was very nice and fast at her job. The food was AMAZING if you like traditional Carne Asada tacos this place is the best around! I’m currently munching on my leftovers and can’t wait to go get more! Wish I Could give more than 5 stars excellent service, nice people, great atmosphere and amazing food.

Very attentive staff, couldn't find something on the menu and found out it was no longer on the menu, waiter knew what I was talking about and they made it for me. Food was great.

This place was over the top, authentic, clean and absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced! Waiters were very polite and very good at there jobs. Absolutely going back!
