Starbucks - Jb Andrews

So I havent been to starbucks in a long time. So I desided to go today. Got me a pumpkin spice frap. This is my first time tasting it and the frap was good but as I was drinking it I seen hair ????. Im already half way at work and no receipt. ???? Please check your cups when purchasing at starbucks.

This Starbucks location is inside the Andrews hospital, right beside the pharmacy, so a great location. We've had really good service when we've been in and waiting for prescription refills and other items in the hospital. Starbucks here is closed on Saturday Sunday though.

I just grabbed a quick regular coffee. Great service, the facility presented extremely clean and comfortable. The personnel were alert, friendly and attentive, yet quick and professional and produced on of the best cups of coffee I have had on a very long time. I am not normally a Starbucks customer but this experience has sold me on the product.

4 out of 5 times I've ordered, they have forgot (or deliberately took out) sugar in common drinks that are meant to be sweet. Mocha lattes, seasonal drinks, frappe, etc. If Starbucks wasn't a big name I'd probably say that it's the worst coffee shop of all time, but it just seems to be this place.

My Venti White Chocolate Mocha was amazing however I gave this place a 3 rating because the staff spent so much time gossiping about previous customers and ex-coworkers! This was a major turn-off! They seemed really nice while customers were at the counter but while I was sitting is the waiting area at the pharmacy, all I hear is them talking about folks! Definitely not the time or place for this type of behavior!
